Prima Academy Policies​

MISSED LESSONS 

​

Students who are unable to attend a lesson must provide at least 24 hours' notice in order to be eligible for a make-up lesson or lesson credit.

Make-up lessons may be granted for:

  • Illness

  • Family travel

  • School-related activities or performances

  • Other exceptional circumstances approved by the academy

Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full and are not eligible for refunds, credits, or make-up lessons.

Monthly tuition is based on reserved lesson times and is not adjusted for missed lessons.

​WITHDRAWAL FROM LESSONS

 

Students wishing to discontinue lessons must provide a minimum of two (2) weeks' written notice.

Tuition remains payable during the notice period regardless of attendance.

 

​TUITION & PAYMENT

 

All lesson fees must be paid in advance and are due on or before the first lesson of each month.

Students with outstanding balances may have lessons suspended until payment is received.

A late payment charge of 2% per month may be applied to overdue accounts.

 

REFUNDS & LESSON CREDITS

 

​Unused lesson credits remain valid for up to two (2) years from the student's last lesson date.

Refund requests are subject to a $25 administration fee.

Expired lesson credits cannot be refunded, transferred, or redeemed.

Group lesson fees are non-refundable.

STUDENT CONDUCT

 

​Prima Academy is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and positive learning environment.

The academy reserves the right to discontinue lessons or terminate enrollment in cases of:

  • Disruptive or inappropriate student behavior

  • Harassment, abusive language, or disrespect toward staff, teachers, or other students

  • Inappropriate conduct by parents or guardians

  • Failure to comply with academy policies

  • Outstanding unpaid tuition or fees

MEDIA RELEASE

 

​By enrolling at Prima Academy, students and parents grant permission for the academy to use photographs and videos taken during lessons, performances, competitions, and school events for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes.
