General Rules:

 

** Competitor Level Selection Guidelines: If the exam takes place after January 31, 2026, candidates can continue to register for competitions at the same level; however, candidates whose exams are before this date cannot.

** Competitors can enter as many classes as they like, however they must all be at the SAME level, eg. List A, Level 3; List B, Level 3 NOT Level 4. To qualify for provincials you must enter at least 2 pieces to be considered.

 

** All selections must be from the current RCM or CC syllabi – classical piano only. All selections must be played from memory. If a competitor is entering more than one class, all entries must be at the SAME grade level.

Gr. 1 - 2 List A, B, Ettude 
Gr. 3 - Gr. 6 List A, B, C, Etude 
Gr. 7 - 10 List A, B, C, D, Etude 
ARCT List A, B, C, D, E
